FSB Investigations

The Financial Service’s Board’s (FSB) Directorate of Market Abuse referred a case against Cargill RSA to the Enforcement Committee of the FSB which related to contraventions of section 81(1) of the Financial Markets Act, 19 of 2012. Read the full report here
